Compressed Air Systems for Manufacturing Technology
IMTS | Chicago, IL | Sep 10-15, 2018
If you're attending IMTS in Chicago this September, stop by the Kaeser booth (N-236643) to learn more about our broad offering of compressed air solutions for precision machining and other manufacturing processes. Our system experts will show you how to increase yield by reducing energy costs and scrap rates.
In our booth you will see:

Add this session to your show agenda:
Neil Mehltretter, Engineering Manager for Kaeser Compressors, Inc and Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) will present the topic How to cut costs and improve productivity with your compressed air system. Neil has conducted or overseen thousands of industrial compressed air system studies and has significant experience in compressed air system optimization.
The Department of Energy estimates that half of all compressed air generated is wasted to leaks, artificial demand, and inappropriate uses. Add in the common losses from improper sizing of compressors, tanks and piping and top it off with poor controls, and you have many opportunities to reduce costs and improve your system.
Neil's discussion will feature a case study from a metal products plant that achieved significant energy savings by implementing solutions indicated by compressed air auditing.
